  Not sure if this is a Dorman Product Because it didn't come in a Box with a label showing that it is indeed from Dorman. The pictured item shows 3 pcs, I received 4 pcs won't know if it will work until spring to put it in my car. Price was good. Seller never answered my question(s). for that i only gave 3 Stars.

  This seller seems to go out of his way to ensure you don’t get all of the parts that he ships. Before Purchase and I specifically asked him about the Hardware and whether or not it would be included with the tow hitch. He explained that if it was in the photo it would be shippedand therefore included. The hardware consisted of heavy pieces of iron and large bolts. It would’ve been a simple matter to tape it securely and padded envelope to the trailer hitch, but he didn’t bother, so it was lost

  The ad clearly states in LARGE BOLD PRINT that NO HARDWARE IS INCLUDED. Anyone can click the item number below and read the description—it’s repeated multiple times. I’m happy to share our message exchange with anyone seeking the truth. I reminded this pigheaded buyer that no hardware is ever included or guaranteed, regardless of what’s pictured.

  Received item in original Dorman factory packaging, shipped through UPS in a timely manner. Opened box and found both fans broken out of the framing. Contacted OA about this shipping damage along with documenting pictures of item and box from multiple positions. Received updated messages throughout the claim process. OA was great at communicating and would absolutely do business with them again.
