  the item should have come on 14 to 15 /08/25 but did not and seller said wait longer but i ask them to wait for payment . eBay stepped in and gave me a full refund on the 16/08/25 which i was very grateful for as i hand to buy item else where so it's a NO for this seller

  As a first time customer of Ockendon Tackle, I am very impressed. Matt has excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a high degree of angling knowledge. My item was out of stock, so he helped me with new, alternative feeder line, which looks good and I am keen to try out. I recommend this Company and I will buy from them again.
