    Fantastic customer service! my order got stuck so they immediately sent out a replacement that arrived 2 days later. Packaged well and so a beautifully crafted and a great price to.

    Great fast delivery and packaged really well. Seller made sure to put some cardboard so the stamps don’t bend which I really do appreciate. They are all original and as described. Great value and the cheapest option.

    After being told by tracker the parcel due Saturday15th was coming and waiting in all day,then it did not arrive. I contacted the seller and was told that their delivery people do not deliver at the weekend. It would be delivered on Monday 17 and I missed the delivery and rearranged it for Thursday 20 but turned up again on the 18 and this time he left it over my side gate. So now I have my order.

    Item took nearly 2 weeks to be dispatched and then was delivered to the wrong property. Tracker shows it was my street but images provided are NOT my house. Seller not interested in finding a solution and eBay think it’s acceptable for a courier to leave a package anywhere they wish. Only thing I am thankful for is it was a relatively low price item but it’s the principle, be very careful buying from this seller.

    so ordered on 27th May delviered on 4th June but it took me 2 weeks to dispatch!!!!!! GPS shows package delivered to side of property (not a random place), which turns out is the next door neighbour of a 5 house cul-de-sac. Either buyer or neighbour not being honest.

    Good communication from seller. Unfortunately a couple of items arrived damaged (no fault of the seller), but this was promptly investigated and rectified by the seller, with appropriate steps taken. Would confidently buy from them again.
