    The seller quickly despatched the item to me and provided a tracking number. However, the tracking showed the the item had not moved from their depot for over a week. I emailed the seller and they offered me a refund or replacement. I opted to have a replacement and this arrived on time. Seller was understanding and helpful in dealing with this issue. The item was as described and good value for money.

    Ordered BLACK received WHITE item returned for full refund, Delivery of 12 days. Just happy to get refund, but saying that quick response to all requests for information and returns easy.

    I wasn’t sent the pattern that a selected on either of the bed covers I ordered, a message to let me know or at least ask which I’d prefer if stock was unavailable would have been appreciated. But given the price I’m happy enough. They’re well made & do the job. Arrived quickly. Thank you.

    Sent the wrong items as the wrong colour, ordered Wine and was delivered White. Offered 20% off when I didn't want White, ask for full refund and now they want me to return the White ones for full refund, I'm not paying paying postage to return as it the sellers fault and they need to pay the postage for me to return as its nor any fault of mine. Communication is shocking to say the least, 5 days since item received and still no further to getting it rectified. Appalling seller and never use

    This is the second time I have ordered from this company and yet again never received my order, and yet again never had any communication until I contacted them, I did get my refund back, but I would not recommend using this company, I had given them a second chance but will not be using them again. Stay clear.
