    Ordered 2 items. Ship label created, then pickup canceled. Contacted seller and they apologized. Second shipment t was for only one item and was not genuine item, was Chinese fake. Received full refund and seller declined item return, I’m not using it.

    Item is installed. Seems ok . Seller lacks communication skills. Advertises UPS ground shipping then at the last minute, changes it to UPS Groundsaver to save themselves a couple dollars . Shipping was free so I suppose I can’t complain but groundsaver adds 2 days on to your shipping time. Should have had it sooner. Probably won’t order from this seller again.

    Excelente customer service i did order 2 wheel bearings for my 99 f350 and for some razon only one arrived so i did contact them and they send me another one right away i’m so happy with that i will buy more parts as need it with them

    Quality and price was fantastic. Was quick shipping but did have a blunder occur with shipping, to no fault of seller at all. Yet seller quickly responded to my issue in what I can only describe as lightning like fashion. Got on top of others mistake and promptly sent replacement for lost shipment by shipping co. I had only received one of two packages. Very informative throughout as well. Thank you

    Moog is always top quality this vendor is on the ball the price was less than half of what I would have had to pay. Shipping time was great, condition was excellent, I cannot believe that this deal is legit it has been to good to be true . Will find out when I install these parts but as for now when you deal with this vendor it's like hitting the jackpot I give this two thumbs up
