    The seller provided working pictures before it was shipped out, the item was as described and I can even say it was slightly better than described. The MacBook screen was packaged very well and I was not at all worried about any shipping damage. After about 20 minutes replacing my screen, everything was perfect! Thank you NYTECHSOURCE!

    Item was misrepresented. Photos showed a network card with the short bracket for use in low-profile machines, but I was sent a card with the tall bracket. Pricing was consistent with other listings WITH THE SHORT BRACKET. Seller did not respond to my messages. I ended up having to purchase the short bracket required for my application from another seller. Would not purchase from this seller again.

    Received for-parts Mac Pro exactly as described. Packaging could have been better, but it looks like all the damage was pre-existing (i.e. not inflicted by the lack of padding). Great price; would buy again if I needed another parts mule. Package was marked as signature-on-delivery, which felt excessive but was still appreciated.
