  Stamp was purchased snd shipped with 1 other stamp. The stamps shipped snd arrived very fast. The seller had tracking placed on the envelope so I always knew where it was and was alerted to its delivery. The seller placed several pieces of stiffening sheets along with the stamps to protect them while in the mail. This stamp is exactly as described. The VICTORY overprint is unique and a real value. Seller communication is consistently excellent.

  Finally arrived today March 22. As described and pictured No safety packaging. Marked as recently shipping March 15. for item purchased February 18; which I consider inappropriate delay. This has happened before and shows inefficiency in customer service . Seller has nice items of value but I caution patient waiting if you purchase here.

  First time buying from this seller and it was a great experience. The stamp album I bought was in excellent condition and contained all the MNH stamps shown in the listing photos. Auction price I paid was an excellent value I estimated to be about 14% of the Scott catalog value of the stamps, not including the value of the Dave Luxe album. Album was well packaged, shipped immediately and arrived in 4 days.

  five star seller of stamps; generally adequate descriptions except proofs; value is generally market price for higher value stamps in very good to fine condition; packaging for stamps is very fine with collection sheets/pages mixed and generally in large envelopes; shipping costs for large lots of higher value is expensive but SECURE using express services.
