    Shipping from Japan to the USA was very fast. Once it was state side, DHL dropped the ball. They don't provide a delivery window, no way to contact unless you download Whatsapp. I've had good service with DHL, but this wasn't one of those times. Reel looked good as advertised. Well packed in plastic and wadded paper. It's too bad that the delivery service hurts the seller feedback. I'd still do business with again, but need to find a way to track delivery date and time.

    This is probably the best seller that I’ve ever dealt with on EBay! I’ve bought and sold here for many years and he has the best communication and the shipping is phenomenal coming from Japan. I had the item within three days which is almost unheard of. I order often within my state and it takes longer to receive than something oceans away. A++++ I will visit his site again soon✔️

    OMG!!! The shipping was super fast it arrived in 48 hour from Osaka Japan. The reel was a beauty & in great condition. Great service. It came in the original box with the manual & was securely packaged. This was a great value. a four hundred dollar reel for half of the pice. And it was exactly as described.
