I contacted the seller to say I didn't require the square plate, and was only sent the 2 oblong ones as stated. Good quality. Packaging wasn't sealed (glue come unstuck along one edge, but Royal mail had put elastic bands around to keep contents in place. All arrived without damage.

Said they had delivered to a secure porch, which I do t have, but actually left the parcel on the gate post on a public road. Some passer by must have taken it so I never got the parcel. After going through the Ebay process I received a full refund. Thank you, not the sellers fault.

EVRI then take 13 days to ship it to me and their only response is to report that the parcel is on its way. Useless. Please offer an alternative, fast shipping option. Evri are consistently hopeless.
