    Shipped on time as estimated from checkout. Came well packaged with bubble wrap to protect. In exact state as stated in listing (listing stated swollen battery pressing screen). Was listed as for parts, but booted upon arrival. After simple battery replacement the 6th gen ipod was like new, screen undamaged. Shell/body was in pristine condition, was a great deal for a "for parts" ipod. Would definitely buy from seller again if quality is always this high.

    The monitor arrived damaged with one corner of the screen shattered. This was NOT the way it left from the seller. UPS damaged it in transit. The seller, however, was very responsive to the issue and promptly refunded me for the order. After sending several pictures of the damaged item, they will initiate a claim with the shipping company. Thank you for your professional service and your prompt response!

    I ordered this item by mistake. It arrived on time as described. Upon discovering the error I contacted the seller who was gracious about understanding and refunding. I feel even though it was my error, it’s important to recognize the customer service! Excellent communication and turn around.
