    Thus far it has been a total pleasure. Programmed and shipped same day as ordered and did not order till 3:30 p.m. or so, impressive. Arrived ahead of schedule. Unfortunately my car was misdiagnosed by a traveling mechanic and part was not needed. Return was accepted with a smile. Highly recommend this business. First Class !!! Professionals !!! And I don't normally write reviews, thanks.

    Poor communication!!! I ordered computer on Friday. Reached out to Seller to ask when I would receive it and was told it would ship out Monday and should receive it by Thursday. I never received tracking number Monday and on Monday night I received a message saying it shipped and would arrive Wednsday. Tuesday morin g I received a message my order was cancelled by me. I attemted to contact seller and was told they couldn't figure out how to program the ecm! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH NPC!
