    Great experience. The computer was safely packed and arrived in excellent condition as described. The seller responded to a question about the health of the battery within an hour with actual data. UPS actually received it within 12 hours. It is up and running. I am very happy with this seller and feel it was a very fair deal.

    Package arrived in good condition product inside was sealed as stated. USPS shipping was slow, ordered Sept 4 arrived Sept 12. Not the sellers fault, but maybe another method of shipping would help.

    Great and accurate description in listing (not AI generated), listing the minor flaws with the tool. Shipped super fast and great packaging (very well protected). Item received in even better condition than expected. The tool cleaned up and tightened up nicely, and now it is perfect (Leatherman Supertool 300).     This hard to find reversible safety wire pliers was exactly as described. It was well-packaged and appears to be in excellent working order. The price was a significant factor, offering great value compared to retail. Delivery was remarkably fast. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.
