  Sadly Evri lost the parcel, I mean of course they did, they are Evri after all. Noryb were brilliant about it though, offered a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement to be sent by Royal Mail, but if they couldn’t do that then a refund would be good. Excellent communications and as promised they issued me with a refund.

  An excellent seller with excellent customer service, unfortunately let down by the courier. Item never arrived but seller did everything they could to resolve the issue and refunded me in full.
