    The item was as described, an authentic Toyota OEM filter. The items was shipped via USPS, which was very slow in arriving. Despite a large " Fragile Handle With Care " label on the package, USPS managed to mash one corner of the filter. Toyotas packaging is not meant to be shipped in the original container. I am satisfied with the product and price. However I sincerely wish E-Bay sellers would not use the USPS. They are slow, and love to smash anything that is not extremely well package

    AAAA++++ items as described, well packed. Local end delivery carried out poorly by Amarex (aka ANTHRAX) Couriers - no tracking updates for ages; tracking number was changed & not updated; package left inappropriately (not the fault of seller - fault of Ebay Australia for engaging bottom-rung courier company)

    Fast shipping. Filters shipped without original packaging. Three loose filters arrived beat up, dented, in a torn bubble envelope mailer, and one looks a little oval on the threaded gasket end. Two are useable. Positive feedback because was a good price and fast shipping. Would give 5 stars if packaged better to prevent damage.
