    Highly recommended Seller. Outstanding communicator, and extremely helpful. Items were in better than expected condition, were well priced, and came securely packaged. We thought the cards had been lost in transit (it took Australia Post 3 weeks to deliver them), but rather than just saying "oh well" and offering a refund, Norm was prepared to try and source replacements for me as an alternative. Such willingness to help customers is sadly something you rarely see these days. Well Done! A+++++
