Overall the product was better than described. minor scratch which was promptly resolved with the company and quickly easily repaired. unbelievable customer service and a quick response to my emails. Price was a tad high, but it's not the seller's fault, it's the fact that Mopar makes headrests with wires which naturally results in a higher price. Either way, I have no complaints.
