  For a classic lighting effect I purchased, it was in great condition for its age. What I received was accurate to what was advertised. It was well packaged, it came in its original box, and the shipping time was accurate to the provided estimate.   An amazing eBay purchase experience, for Pokemon TCG booster packs, Noobcake Resales is the way to go! Order shipped as soon as payment posted and packs were packaged with care. The best value I can find for three sets from the Sword & Shield era. Highly recommend!
