    Seller was awesome - quick processing and out for delivery. I could tell from the tracking the mouthpiece was travelling my way. Unfortunately, the USPS messed up... not the seller's fault! Even though the USPS scanned and showed the item as 'delivered' it actually was not in my mailbox. Perhaps the USPS dropped it off in someone else's mailbox, perhaps it was stolen. Don't know. The seller did great, so I have to work with USPS to try to find it. I may have to buy another mouthpiece.

    The music book was delivered with a protective piece of cardboard so it would not be damaged in transit. It arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. I had some questions for the seller, and I received super prompt responses . The seller is considerate and very willing to help. Fabulous experience!
