  Exactly as described and speedy delivery. After about a month i had an issue and seller was quick to respond with potential fixes. When they didn't work they arranged next day pick up and a repair.   Original laptop had a US keyboard, which wasn't mentioned in the listing, and the replacement wasn't suitable for my needs but return and refund process was excellent. Can't fault the communications either so, all in all, a good eBayer.
