Got the item at a great price, but was even more impressed with the FREE, next day delivery. Item has been delivered and is in good condition for a used part and appears to be as described. However Unfortunately the courier hasn’t handled this with care and panel has arrived damaged which now means it needs repairing and spraying. Out of sellers control, Just Disappointing.

I received an alloy for my infiniti Q30 and was happy with it but had notice a crack which wasn't picked up. I contacted Nis-Spec 1st and with no hassle they changed it for another alloy of better quality than what I had ordered and delivered it within 3 days back to me. Can't Fault this company and would recommend and reuse in the future.
