    This company are brilliant! The item I ordered went out of stock and they messaged me to offer an alternative. I liaised with them for a couple of days and asked if they could send pictures of the one they were offering so I could decide if the colour was OK. They very kindly did this and eventually I ordered this as an alternative. Without a doubt they went above and beyond to help me. Once ordered it was posted straight away and was received within 2 days. Certainly recommend

    Seller was punctual sending item out and responsive + professional in communication over a particularly awful courier issue (outside of their control), came through with a refund. Whilst I didn't recieve the item, I do recommend this seller.

    As I ordered a large quantity of tiles they called me to ask if I could accept them on a pallet which I thought was considerate rather than just arrive with them. Arrived on time & the driver was very friendly & helpful & they were well packaged. The tiles are a very good quality, they are very strong & well made & are easy to use. They really do need to be laid on a flat surface as possible. Very happy with our purchase.

    Received in packaging 4 pieces per box, accurate quantity and description. Easy to lay in garden. Very happy with this purchase and the quality and overall look to my garden.
