  Unfortunately after paying for my item the next day the seller was so apologetic as the product had a recall on the product describe exactly the reason why. However the seller promptly returned my money along with apology. All I can say is seller was transparent with no bull, even I didn’t or couldn’t get wat I wanted the communication was extremely excellent and professional, I do appreciate the honesty and for this reason I recommend this seller.   I ordered a laptop battery on a Sunday and it arrived on Thursday, earlier than expected. Fantastic service and there was even a screwdriver and plastic tool for removing the cover of the laptop enclosed. The battery was much much cheaper than retail ' I RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

  Item was shipped out right away. I ordered the wrong size and seller tried to help find the correct size. Unfortunately I had to return the item. Seller was very helpful and allowed me to return no problem. I highly recommend this seller.
