  The china was received timely and packaged well but there were three items that were broken. The Seller was incredibly responsive and immediately offered a refund to cover the cost of the broken pieces. They also insured the shipment and offered to send me additional reimbursement once the insurance payment is received. Very happy with the way this has been handled :)
