    This is a fantastic seller. I ordered a new sealed Criterion film at a great price. Not only was it received quickly and well packaged, the DVD was in fantastic pristine condition. But the added feature which I have never experienced on eBay, is that the seller provided updates as to the status of my order up to and including delivery. This was in addition to the usual eBay updates. That is really an extra service. Bravo. I highly recommend this seller.

    Horrible experience with this seller and purchasing an “open box” afterglow controller which turned out to just be a dirty old used, scratched up controller that was placed inside of a box with a new cord. The seller did not ever respond to any of my messages and the return process was also pretty frustrating. Would not recommend to anyone and I will never buy from this seller again
