  as described. well packaged. Unfortunately the cord was electrically dead on one leg. Requires a new cord to be fitted. Seller was prompt in replying and offered partial refund with which I was happy. Have purchased before from seller and will continue to do so in the future.

  Good seller! Item arrived quickly! The item was shipped in a flimsy box. Everyone has their own idea on description, but I do not fully agree with the seller. This fully serviced nozzle arrived with some grime in the brush roll area, nothing I can’t clean up.
