  The item arrived well packed and quickly. It's appearance was identical to the photo supplied, and seemed to be in factory new condition.The quality of the service was great overall. Through no fault of the supplier, it was necessary to return the item. It's firmware was for a different model of tv. The supplier accepted the return, and promptly cancelled the sale granting a full refund. This was a very positive experience.

  Quick response to questions regarding item. Still have some reservations that the main board I bought is new. Listing said it is a new board, but I had to log out of someone else’s account for 6-7 streaming services. They assured me that the board is new. Quick shipping and again quickly responded to my questions about board after I installed it and found streaming services were logged into someone else’s accounts.

  Hard to find LG 55LW5600 TV mainboard showed up quickly and was exactly as described. It was described as "new never used" and while I can't say for sure it's actually new, as it had no labels on it, the board was sealed in a bag so it looked new and it's working like new. Great seller! Thanks!

  Shipping took a little long but it was. It seller’s fault. Packing of item was tremendously done well. Item came in as described. And the value of the item was top notch. Great seller to deal with.

  Buyer beware. Seller listed power supply board as NEW, but evidence of overheating at thermistors shows it is obviously USED. Couldn't test the board as no returns accepted if you open the "static resistant" bag, which was just a heat-sealed plastic bag. Had to repackage, ship across the country to await refund. What a waste of time. Same USED board is still being sold as NEW, and the price doubled! Seller didn't offer exchange, which tells me they don't have a NEW board.
