  When I received the item I had some questions about the part number. The seller was very responsive and answered the question quickly and accurately so I was able to put the part to use and get my TV up and running again. Item was exactly as described, shipped quickly, and packed well.

  Seller shipped quickly, and I received item 'as-described'. Seller DID NOT respond to my ebay message. I contacted the seller before he physically shipped the item (within 1-2 hours of ordering it, on a Saturday evening). I explained I didn't need the part. No response from the seller, and his auction stated "no returns". $40 wasted. I'm really annoyed the seller didn't even -TRY- to respond to my message.

  Tried purchasing the following item: Vizio XVT473SV Main Board 3647-0312-0150, description said it was a NEW, IN-STOCK and LAST ONE available. After purchasing it, the Seller just created a shipping label and nothing else. I tried reaching out via e-mail and I got no response. I waited 1 1/2 weeks waiting for them. I am in the process of obtaining my refund through Ebay. The prolonged shipping duration and lack of communication are definite red flags with this Seller. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

  While I ultimately ordered the wrong part but tagged it during the return as an incorrect shipped part, the seller was very friendly and cooperative - and quickly refunded the purchase. I’d definitely recommend them!
