  Seller shipped the wrong item (DDR2 RAM) but quickly made it right and sent out the correct one (DDR3 RAM) at no charge and allowed me to keep the incorrect one, as well as offered me a full refund. I declined the refund as a thank you to their customer service.

  Very fast shipping, motherboard is well packed, but was not wrapped in antistatic bag. Upon inspection, found 3 pins in the CPU socket bent, which was not listed in the posting. Seller promptly refunded. Overall it is still a very positive experience transacting with this seller. Recommended!
