  Awesome and honorable seller here! The card was taking an abnormal amount of time to arrive and the seller stayed in quick and constant communication about it and went ahead and refunded the purchase, no questions asked.   First, they took about a week to ship the item. I asked a few times what was going on and they said it was shipped and I should look in my purchase history as if I didn’t know that. No tracking was shown. Packaging was terrible, just put the card in a toploader and threw it into a bubble mailer which caused the card to arrive bent. How do you have thousands of items sold and don’t know how to package a card? I reached out to seller, didn’t want to help in any way, and barely answers. Very rude

  Item was shipped next business day with tracking provided. Packaging was appropriate card was placed in a penny sleeve, top loader, sealed in a team bag with thank you sticker and bubble envelope all with FREE SHIPPING. I reached out proactively to ensure satisfaction. Buyer claimed item was damaged and sent one photo of a slightly bent card that could not be confirmed as the one shipped. I offered a full refund upon return. Buyer instead demanded partial refund, threatening negative feedback.
