  Seller sent it out quickly. The printer is likey the most securely packed item I have ever received. The delivery guy placed it on its side even though it clearly had "This side up" printed on the box, however, due to the exceptional packng and precautions taking by the seller everything was intact. The printer itself prints like a dream, it looks good and is in great condition. The price was perfect and I am very happy with my printer. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, thanks.

  Excellent A+++ seller. Price point, packaging (and more that I know smiley face bubble packs are a thing I’m all in) shipping, item, post purchase support inside packaging (ie QR codes for important steps, custom tags to make sure you notice critical areas, and additional device additions to assure seamless arrival, were put on)… all top notch! I’ve NEVER been so impressed with a seller… and I’m eBay nonetheless. Brava👏🏼 The seller shipped quickly. Any delays were 100% the USPS.

  Came as described. Great price. Substantial amount of ink left in the tanks. No ink spilled during delivery and was wrapped nicely to protect it during shipping. Because the delivery person left it sitting on its side disregarding the this side up stickers. But box was not damaged so no harm was done again no leaks. Seller responded to my questions pretty fast and was pretty awesome to purchase from. Printer works great after a couple nozzle cleanings. Super happy with my purchase.

  Fabulous service. Item arrived fast and as described. After almost a month of having the printer I ran in to some technical difficulties (nothing wrong with the printer), they were super responsive and walked me through everything until the problem was solved. I definitely recommend and would purchase from this company again. Excellent customer service
