    Seller messaged me during shipping period that there was an issue of missing tags with this lot. They said that they would like to cancel this transaction once to avoid any problems after arrival. I was very impressed with seller being honest, letting me know about issue, and being proactive letting me know that transaction would be cancelled. A day later, the cancellation happened and refund was processed. Everything went smoothly & I hope to be able to buy from this A+ seller at a later time.

    I'm happy with purchase, well worth the wait! Very lovely cotton tenugui, well packaged. Took a while to be shipped, but considering it was being sent from Japan, I didn't mind the wait. Very good communication from sender. Would definitely order from seller again.
