After contacting the seller, there was speedy communication to try and resolve but it had to be returned for replacement. The seller communicated why the unit was faulty and how it was repaired then re posted it back very fast! I had mentioned some cosmetic issues with it and these were also rectified free of charge. Definitely a great person to buy a used computer from!

Exactly as described by the seller except that it's condition is much, much better than I expected. It was described as "Good -Refurbished". The battery health is excellent, as is that of the SSD. Every single thing works perfectly and there isn't a single scratch on it. Bought for a very reasonable price AND given a significant discount as well. By far my best purchase on EBay ever!
