  I ordered this lovely blue diamond necklace for my daughter but received a cross pendant instead. I contacted the seller right away. I was told it wasn't possible because the cross wasn't their merchandise. I sent them pictures of their site featuring the cross. Then I was told they had pictures showing the pendant in the package which I never saw. All I want is the pendant I ordered or a full refund. I am more than willing to return the cross that they sent by mistake.
