The item was incorrectly listed as the wrong gauge of strings than I use, they notified me and offered to ship, give a store credit, or just refund. They explained they just made a mistake on the listing. No problem. I took the refund but appreciate honest sellers.

Seller would not provide tracking number. Found that sell was getting from Amazon to sell to me. After all communication e-bay requires. Seller furnished a tracking number today. He just printed label. Has not even been picked up yet up from UPS. He’s telling me to wait 48 hr for tracking number to show up. It already has and shows when he created it. This guy is a scammer

The sun shade was for a summer trip so I didn't unfold it to measure it (didn't think that was necessary considering the reviews) until 38 days after delivery. Ghineho says Ebay doesn't allow returns/replacements 2 months after delivery. Well it hasn't been 2 months. I normally don't leave reviews, but I hate getting ripped off. Seller claims they want an opportunity to make things right. Just not true. Buyer beware.
