    Item as described; very nice, new and top quality, but due to an inventory glitch, took 19 days to receive. I wish the seller reached out to me ahead of time to address the delay, rather than forcing me to inquire as to its whereabouts a week after ordering. Unfortunately, someone's birthday gift was late. I would consider buying here again, but please... some better communication in the future!

    The first mug I received had a slight tear on the wrap around the mug. I contacted the seller with a couple of pictures. They were great! Asked if I wanted a refund or a new mug. I chose the mug, and no questions were asked. They sent out a new mug, and it looks great. I would order from this seller again! Thank you!

    When they said new they meant it - sealed in packaging like it was hanging on a retail shelf still. Item looked great. Pristine condition, no-nonsense packaging, quick to ship, and great price! Would definitely shop with them again.

    Ordered the decals that were shown in pictures. When I got them in the mail it was a totally different set of decals. Contacted seller and they said they don’t have the ones I ordered. So they knew they didn’t have the decals shown in pictures. They wanted me to return them with me paying the shipping cost. Very poor transaction, and overall terrible customer service. Would never buy from this seller again, and advise anyone to never buy from them.
