    USPS was not providing tracking updates. Once I notified shipper of that, they sent out another shipment via FedEx, which was timely delivered. USPS eventually delivered days beyond the original delivery estimate. Seller was great, I hope they are compensated by USPS for their "service" with this delivery.

    The swimming pool I ordered was very poor quality with leaks and junk ladder. I contacted them and told them the problem, and she said that it wasn't a problem and issued me a refund after sending a picture of it to her. The customer service with them is exceptionally outstanding and my refund was issued the day she received the pics. Great seller that I would have no problem ordering from again. A++ seller!

    The reel is great. It works exactly as expected. It looks great on the pool. It came in new condition just in an open box, the seller had taped the box securely. The price was great through this seller. Fast shipping.
