Here's our return policy in detail:
All returns must be in brand new un-used / unopened condition. Note that shipping fees paid are non-refundable and return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless the item was damaged upon receipt and/or you received a wrong or defective merchandise.

All defective or damaged merchandise needs to be returned complete with original packaging and should not show excessive wear. To be authorized for a pre-paid return label for defective or damaged item, you need to contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the package. In your email/msg you must include detailed pictures and description of damages before a pre-paid return label will be issued.

Pre-paid return labels must be used within 3 days, otherwise it will be voided and you will have to pay for your own return ship

    Packaged well and the seller is a very sweet lady. She ships fast, will respond to email quickly. US mail is slow. My only complaint is the postal service. The item was better than described. It’s going to be look awesome on my wall.
