  The seller dropped it off at the post office on the 23rd and doesn’t know what happened to it and he didn’t say anything till I reached out after 2 weeks

  Buyer never attempted to contact me before opening a case. He was refunded within 2 hours of opening the case after I confirmed the package was lost in transit. All my orders ship next business day, and tracking is updated same day. Had he contacted me sooner when tracking failed to update, this could have been resolved much quicker.
