    This seller was extremely honest and considerate. She packaged everything right ( double boxed and bubble wrap) but in the shipping some of the Hummels were broken. When I informed her and showed her the pictures she was mortified and refunded immediately! She ended up losing money off this deal because of the shipping. Her Hummels were high quality and clean. I would still buy from her. She definitely cares about her customer as well as the product she is sending.
