It could've used a little extra box stuffing to stop it sliding around, but it still got here in one piece and that's what matters. Noticed a nick in the cable after a couple weeks and when I finally remembered to contact the seller, they responded the same day and sent it the next. No questions asked, cable here in 48hrs. Top service all round, couldn't ask for more!

Set it up today without any problems and all works fine-still to check camera tho, genuine Dell charging cable also like new, very fast tracked delivery, and well packaged. Very legit company and would highly recommend having a look at their products if my purchase is anything to go by.
