  The seller followed through with a prompt full refund. When the package arrived, it was a bathing suit instead of the car charger I ordered. Someone in their shipping department apparently, as shown by the photo I have attached, took the label off the charger package and put it on top of the bathing suit label and shipped that instead. The seller responding quickly to my communications and even tried to see if they could deliver the right product to the national park I was camping at by then.

  Seller was fantastic with outstanding communication and customer service--one of the best sellers that I have dealt with at Ebay . I ordered three packages of ice melt and got one VERY quickly. Something happened with FedEx though on the second shipment. I waited for a month and the second shipment never arrived. The seller gave a partial refund wthout argument or question. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

  This is a good seller but the postal carrier delivered my package way in the back parking lot gate of these apartment buildings that nobody can get through right now because the gate is broken and the postal carrier is supposed to deliver our packages up front at the office area.i'm glad that I took my mobility scooter for a ride around the premises here because if I hadn't,my package would not have been there tomorrow morning.I was fortunate to see this package in the back.Thank U.

  Seller is Honest, Prompt, Kind and Considerate, however I received tracking AFTER the package was delivered, I do not like your shipping carrier (AMAZON - Ship and Drop). They do not knock and leave packages laying on the ground 10 feet from the front door. I would prefer to receive my parcels inside of my mailbox. There are just too many thieves who steal packages.

  FedEx messaged that the order was delivered and they said the package was signed for. This was not the sellers fault, but the onus lies with FedEx. Somehow the seller managed to get the package to me later in the day, and I was much appreciative of his efforts. Would definitely buy from them again.
