    Great customer service. The seller was quick to help when the package was lost in delivery. And when the package could not be found, the seller promptly issued a full refund. Despite not receiving the item, I would still order from them again.

    Exactly as described, great communication, packing was lacking a bit as UPS dosent know how not to destroy things. But it got here on time. I will buy from this seller again.

    Had an issue with one of the motors. Communicated with the seller and they responded right away informing me they will send out a replacement. I am waiting to see how quickly they respond to shipping out the replacement part. I will post an update once I receive the replacement motor
