  Great communication with seller. Package got stuck in customs. The seller reached out to me to fix the problem. A replacement was shipped out quickly. The seller even included a personal not for my son (it ended up being a late birthday gift) saying happy birthday, which was a nice touch. These items are delicate, and they came packed very well with no damage. I would recommend purchasing from this seller. The lute and geumbri are beautiful and sound lovely.

  I just received our package and it arrived in perfect condition. The oud is beautiful. My son is so happy. I didn't realize that a case came with it so that was a great surprise. Thank you so much.
