When I contacted the vendor (with photos of the item) asking for a Full Refund I was offered a 5% refund. I refused, The vendor offered a 50% refund. The answer would appear to be to attach backing paper (sticky address label paper) to each disc. So far, this has made them much more robust, and makes them excellent value for money. Very pleased with purchase now - would definitely deal with this seller again.
