  Described as advertised and delivered quickly. However, item was posted in a padded envelope which when opened found that the bulb box was crushed. Luckily the bulbs were in damaged.

  Incorrect item was sent, with no more in stock. Seller was very accomodating and resolved the situation to my satisfaction by other means, with no difficulty. Would recommend seller due to good customer service.

  Great seller! One of my bulbs was broken when it arrived, which I totally understand can happen. They were really well packaged so they had done their best. What was really great was the customer service I received. Pretty much instant responses to my messages, an apology and a new bulb dispatched immediately. It’s easy for sellers to give good customer service when everything goes well but what makes a difference is how well they dealt with the problem. A+++ service :-)
