  A few days after ordering, I learned that Canada Post may very likely go on strike causing service disruptions. The window for cancelling the order had passed so as a last resort I reached out to the seller via the messaging system. I received a very quick reply stating my order had indeed been cancelled and a refund issued. Excellent customer service! Thank You!

  Issue with delivery courier as had incorrect message advising that delivery had been tried and failed when in actual fact delivery had been made (bad communication between courier and ebay). Prompt dispatch and item as described.
