    There was an error in quantity. The seller sent the missing items quickly. Seller had good communication and was very professional. The shortage was a simple error which could easily happen. The seller's courteous and prompt handling of the matter was more than satisfactory. I would definitely purchase from them again.

    Ordered from Monster Bolts and The Bolt Barn on 12/13. Received Monster Bolts order 12/18, disappointingly The Bolt Barn just shipped my other order today. I would have ordered both from MB but they didn't have Knurled Cup #10-32 x 3/16". Monster Bolts prices are also half of the latter, excellent service Monster Bolts, thank you!
