  Above and beyond. When the item didn't arrive, they refunded me, event though it said "delivered". Eventually the item ended up back with the seller, who held it and re-sold it to me again. Great communication and compassion. I'm so glad this item wasn't lost and I finally received it, with extra kindness and understanding from the seller.

  Shipping was very quick, although my envelope was torn open when delivered. The cards inside were fine thankfully. Items as described, a bit of a musty smell which wasn't surprising based on the age of them items.
