    Ordered two packs of ten coasters, only one sent, seller responded immediately to my message pointing out the error and dispatched the rest of the order the same day! We all make mistakes, excellent customer service, would use again! (The coasters are as described!)

    The parcel arrived today19/06/25 as promised when it arrived it was well packed and clearly labelled . I think for the amount paid it is vey well priced and the quality of the items is 1st class . I would have no problem recommending this supplier .

    Good value, but photos in advert are a bit misleading. Image shows towels in individual sealed bags, but when delivered all 3 were in one seal bag which I would describe as a product bag.

    order was received in the end the seller made an error and only sent 20 when i order 40 The seller sent out the other 20 hooks so now have the 40 hooks , very happy with the service and would recommend this seller for getting things sorted out asap top marks

    Delivery took a long time & when it arrived it was broken - very poor packaging with thin plastic bag & just a bit of cardboard for protection - no padding or bubble wrap so no surprise it was broken in 2 places (see photos) - requested return which seller ignored - they did not communicate at all - in the end E-Bay buyer protection refunded to me - very very poor seller offering abysmal level of service
