  The item (hair colour kit) appeared to be as described when opened. However, the item box was all crushed since it was not packaged very well - just a plastic bag mailer with no cushioning wrap inside. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the henna based hair colouring kit because I have yet to try it. However, comparative value, but took longer than expected to receive it. Glad it finally arrived though! Thanks.

  Received as described. The Royal Mail were awful and took two weeks to deliver after four pesterings, but this is nothing to do with the seller. It was despatched on time.

  Great seller A+++ Patchouli fragrance oil arrived only day before it was predicted (more than one month on the trip) but it wasn t seller fault, it was detained on Croatian customs for 28 days :-( Secure, reliable packing. Decent price. Also received beautiful leather bag for the perfume. Dark, dense and strong as should be but the fragrance is not patchouli as I was expecting, earthy and musty but some kind of medical smell. I can t tell about lasting Considering all, very good experience.
