    This transaction was great. The unit was as accurately described as possible, including many photos, carefully packaged and quickly shipped; unfortunately it was a faulty unit and I had to ask for a refund. The seller was not at fault, very responsive and understanding and issued me a quick refund. The overall experience was positive and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

    I have not ordered from eBay in years but this transaction makes me feel like I should more often! Seller quickly responded to my offer, shipped promptly, had excellent packaging and the patio cushion was in excellent condition and exactly as described. I was very pleased with the pricing and shipping cost. A+ Seller, 5 Stars, 10/10 - - would buy from over and over!!     Excellent seller! Everything was as described. They went above and beyond to get extra info for me and then extended their sale price to me that had ended the day before (I didn't even know about it, they were kind enough to tell me and give it to me).
